Our Mission

The Main Line Martin Luther King Association was formed in 1983 in the pursuit of building a conscious awareness of the contributions of Martin Luther King on the Main Line. Its purpose is to make Dr. King’s dream of social and racial equality and freedom from discrimination a reality on the Main Line and in giving scholarships to worthy high school students going on to higher education.

Meet the Team

  • Juliet Jeter

    Main Line MLK Vice President

    Juliet has been the Vice President of the Main Line Martin Luther King Association for several years. In addition to her duties with Main Line MLK, she serves on the Executive Board of the Main Line Branch NAACP Unit #2270. Juliet is also a member of the D.E.I. Committee in the ARD Department at Bryn Mawr College.

  • Chuck Marshall

    Main Line MLK Treasurer & Scholarship Chair

    Chuck has been the Treasurer and Scholarship Chair of the Main Line Martin Luther King Association since 1993. He is also the Treasurer of Central Baptist Church and the Treasurer of the Radnor Township Civic Association. Chuck also serves as a member of the Central Baptist Church's Undoing Racism Team.

  • Chanelle Darden

    Main Line MLK Board Member

    Chanelle is a Board member and Scholarship Selection Committee member for the Main Line Martin Luther King Association. In addition to serving in the organization, she was a former scholarship recipient. Chanelle is active in her community and prides herself on helping others. In addition to her service work, Chanelle is the Sr. Director of Brand Strategy & Content at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Diondra Brown

    Main Line MLK Board Member

    Diondra is a Board member and Scholarship Selection Committee member for the Main Line Martin Luther King Association. She was also a former scholarship recipient and continues her community service efforts through her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. In addition to her service, Diondra is the Content & Curriculum Manager for PBS Twin Cities and a children’s media consultant.

  • Deborah Harley

    Main Line MLK Board Member

    Deborah Harley is a Board member and Scholarship Selection Committee member for the Main Line Martin Luther King Association. She also served as the Chair of the Main Line Martin Luther King Association Monday Community Service Day.
